Local Priorities Anti-social behaviour - General Message

Dear Resident,

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Anti-social behaviour - General, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

On Tuesday 15th July 2025, Hartlepool Neighbourhood Officers attended an estate walkabout with Karbon Homes in the Barbara Mann Court and Elliott Street areas. This was to share information in relation to the ongoing anti-social behaviour issues in the area and to identify any emerging issues. This will lead to further partnership working, including joint visits to tenants with Karbon Homes.

As you have not contributed to the priority survey recently, we may be unaware of issues that you would like us to focus on. Please take a few minutes to securely and privately have your say using the link below, this will mean we can focus on things that matter to you.
